FREE INITIAL PHONE CONFERENCE
Contact us via phone or e-mail to schedule a confidential conference of up to 20 minutes. During the call, we will ask for basic background information about your situation and explain the different ways Advo-Kids can support your family.
Our non-attorney Consultants will schedule an in-person, phone or video conference at your convenience.
An Advisory Conference includes the following:
A thorough review and analysis of your child’s education/special education records, evaluations, progress notes and any other recent, relevant documentation as determined by an AdvoKids Consultant based on your free, initial phone conference.
A one-hour meeting, conducted in-person, via phone or video, where you and the Consultant will discuss the records as related to your key questions and concerns. During the Advisory Conference, you and the Consultant will discuss the special education process, how it relates to your child’s situation, your role as a member of the IEP team, and the suggested advocacy plan moving forward.
Following the meeting, you will receive a written Summary Report which will include an outline of recommendations, any relevant resources and suggested next-steps.
Cost: $450, pre-paid upon scheduling. Please note that all education records must be provided prior to the Conference.
